Oliver Hellwig

Oliver Hellwig holds the position of Vice President Quality at ZF Group, responsible for overseeing quality across the entire value chain in the Commercial Vehicle Control Systems division. With a strong background in quality assurance, Oliver has led teams of up to 81 engineers and successfully implemented a ‘Zero Defect’ strategy, achieving a $3 million reduction in warranty costs within two years. Prior experience includes leadership roles at WABCO, where responsibilities encompassed global quality assurance project management, Six Sigma and quality initiatives, and strategic manufacturing projects. Oliver began the career at WABCO Poland and later managed production transfers at WABCO TVS in India. Oliver earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Hanover, Germany.
