Thomas Custers is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in validation and testing within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Validation Lead Engineer at ZF Group since September 2014, Thomas previously held the position of Test & Validation Engineer at the same company. Prior to ZF Group, Thomas worked as a Test Engineer at Punch Powertrain and gained early engineering experience as a job student at Flanders Make, focusing on Squeak and Rattle/NVH testing.
