Todd Bashore has extensive experience in engineering and management, primarily at ZF Group since December 1993, where roles have included Facilities & Maintenance Manager, Maintenance & Controls Manager, Project Manager for North American Braking Operations, and Senior Manager of the Continuous Improvement Group in Electronics Engineering. Additionally, Todd has served as a Master Black Belt and Black Belt in North American Braking Operations and OSS Engineering. Earlier career experience includes working as a Programmer/Analyst III at Sverdrup Technologies Incorporated and as an Electrical Engineer at Hilton Systems Inc. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Old Dominion University and an Associate of Arts in Electronics from Montgomery College.
