Wayne Temple

Wayne Temple is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on surface mount technology (SMT) and manufacturing processes. Beginning a career as a Production Engineer at Triax Manufacturing from June 1994 to April 1996, Wayne transitioned to Pace Micro as a Process Engineer, where responsibilities included NPI and continuous improvement for digital satellite and cable set-top boxes. A significant tenure at ZF Group from August 2001 to present includes roles as Process Engineer and currently SMT Engineering Team Leader, overseeing a team during substantial organizational changes and acting as the primary liaison among management, production, and clients. Wayne holds advanced qualifications in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology, as well as a Higher National Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, achieved with distinction.
