Weilin Chen

Weilin Chen currently serves as the General Manager of ZF Electrified Powertrain Technologies (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. and leads the Business Units for Electronic System and Electronic Drive System in the Asia-Pacific region at ZF Group since January 2018. With over 500 employees and annual sales exceeding 100 million Euros, this role involves overseeing significant operations in two locations in China. Prior to this, Weilin Chen spent a decade at Bosch China, where roles included Business Unit Head and Director, managing extensive teams across various functions such as sales, project management, and engineering. Earlier experience includes program management at Meggitt (Xiamen) Sensors & Controls, project engineering at Bourns (Xiamen), and process engineering at Plexus (Xiamen). Weilin Chen holds a Master's degree in EMBA from Hunan University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Automobile Design from Chang'an University.
