Werner Stuffer

Werner Stuffer serves as the Vice Chair of the Tax Committee at Business at OECD (BIAC) since January 2022, while also owning Ioda Guesthouse Ltda in Arraial do Cabo. Stuffer has held the position of Senior Vice President at ZF Friedrichshafen since July 2015, managing global tax operations and also serves as the Senior Vice President Tax at ZF Holdings BV. Prior experience includes roles as Partner in International Tax Services at EY and International Tax Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Stuffer focused on international tax and transfer pricing issues. Stuffer's career began in taxation with Siemens AG, where responsibilities included international tax planning and structuring across the Americas, and earlier roles included tax management at PWA Papierwerke Waldhof-Aschaffenburg and auditing at Finanzamt München IV. Academic qualifications include a Diplom Finanzwirt (FH) in Taxation and Business Administration from Bayerische Beamtenfachhochschule.
