Siegfried Schmidt

Siegfried Schmidt is the Head of Business Excellence and Corporate Development at SAQ Swiss Association for Quality, where they have been responsible for the competence center focusing on business excellence since 2009. They previously served as the Product Manager for the Swiss Tourism Quality Program and led quality management at the Schweizer Tourismus-Verband from 2006 to 2009. Siegfried also has experience in hospitality management as the Rooms Division Manager at Gstaad Palace from 2005 to 2006. They hold a diploma in Quality Management from the SIB Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie, which they completed in 2009.
