When thinking about what to write about us, we thought of going simple and being our best selves.

From a small thought to a small team, and now to an even bigger team, we continue to grow and grow and deliver while being happy with the results derived. Founded in 2022, in the mind of our founders (Nasko & Martin) right in beautiful Chicago. Transferred in the minds of the first members who believed in the same vision all the way in Macedonia. Word of the mouth spread and here we are, we started our story and we deliver our vision to your company. ZIC Group BPO goes from trucking and dispatching services, to negotiations, and client relations from small to mid-size and corporate companies.

Our vision is to make both ends happy. We want our employees to be happy and we want our clients to be happy. We believe that good communication is the key. We are open-minded, free thinkers, logistics strategists, consultants, accountants, and analytics, and we have our creative side driving us to greatness.
