Alan Bash

Alan Bash has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alan began their career at USA Today, where they worked as a Reporter from 1993 to 1997. Alan then joined Bristol Myers Squibb in 1999 and held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President for Commercial Model Innovation, Head of Commercial for Immunology and Fibrosis, and Vice President for WW Immuno-Oncology Commercialization. Alan also served as Executive Director for US Immuno-Oncology Commercialization, Commercial Strategy & Planning in the Asia Pacific Region, and Director of Marketing. In 2022, Alan served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Checkmate Pharmaceuticals for a brief period before taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer at ZielBio, Inc.

Alan Bash completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Georgetown University between the years 1989 and 1993. Later, they pursued further education at Columbia Business School, where they earned their MBA from 1997 to 1999.
