Daniel Koh

Daniel Koh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and private equity. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel for M&A and Corporate Development at Ziff Davis since June 2021, Daniel has also held positions as Associate General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel within the same company. Prior to Ziff Davis, Daniel was Senior Vice President and M&A Attorney at Atlantic Global Risk, where Daniel co-headed the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector. Earlier career roles include Associate Attorney in the Private Equity Group at Goodwin and Legal Intern at the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. Daniel began a legal career as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal at Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Sociology from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
