Melissa Drake

Melissa Drake is the Chief Strategy Officer at Zigabyte. Melissa has over 25 years of experience in the communications and consulting industry. Melissa started their career as a Communications Consultant at SCANA in 1995. In 2007, they left SCANA to become a Consultant at Microlink. Melissa spent three years at Microlink before moving on to InfoReliance in 2010. Melissa spent seven years at InfoReliance, where they held the position of Program Manager. In 2017, they joined Zigabyte as their Chief Strategy Officer.

Melissa Drake has a Master's degree in Mass Communication from the University of South Carolina. Melissa also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education from the University of South Carolina. In addition, Melissa Drake is certified from Microsoft in MCSA: Office 365 and AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL v3 Foundations. Melissa is also certified from Microsoft in MCP and from (ISC)² in CISSP. Finally, Melissa Drake is certified from the Project Management Institute in PMP and PgMP.
