Tyson Folsom

Tyson Folsom is the Director of Client Operations at Zigabyte. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Service and Logistics at OMNI Business Systems, Inc. from December 2011 to September 2019. During their time at OMNI, Tyson radically reorganized the local area logistics while maintaining a high level of daily performed duties. Tyson established and implemented higher efficiency SOPs, and was involved in incremental process improvement. New procedures put in place during Tyson's tenure decreased return time by 75%, equipment on-boarding time by 100% and in facility processing time by 50%. In-house logistics and inventory tracking efficiency are at an all-time high and more improvement is in planning.

Before their work at OMNI, Tyson was a Realtor at RE/MAX Acorn Properties, Inc. from September 2009 to November 2011. Tyson was responsible for over $500k in sales in their second year, and was appointed as a Freddie Mac Home Steps Agent due to their work consistency, quality and customer skills. Tyson also managed a paperless file migration project in 4 months and was recognized as an up-and-coming star performer.

Tyson's previous positions include Technician at OASYS, Inc. from October 2008 to August 2009, and Bakery Manager at Orcas Island Sourdough Bakery from April 2008 to October 2008.

Tyson Folsom has a Bachelor's Degree in IT Program Management from Capella University. Additionally, they have an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Network Technology from Webster College Tampa Florida. They are also certified by the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional and by CompTIA in A+ and Security+.
