Tisch McDaniel

Tisch McDaniel is the Founder and CEO of M & M Advisory Group, Inc., providing consulting in project management, lean process improvement, human resources, and mergers and acquisitions since January 2000. Additional roles include serving as a Choose To Win Coach at Ziglar, Inc. and Owner of DisruptHR Memphis. Tisch has held significant positions at Verso Corporation, including Director of Pension, Benefits & HRIS and Manager of Pension, Benefits & Compliance, overseeing extensive retirement and healthcare plans. Earlier career highlights include a Vice President/Director of HR role at TBN of TN/Medshares and various consulting positions at PeopleMark Staffing. Tisch McDaniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi, awarded in 2020.
