Stella Kitanos is the current Head of Operations at Ziglu. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Operations at Octopus Investments from March 2020 to January 2021. Stella has also worked as the Senior Manager - Customer Service and Banking at Tandem Money from July 2016 to March 2020, and as the Business AML Analyst at China Construction Bank (London) Limited from October 2015 to July 2016. In their previous positions, Stella was responsible for setting up the on boarding department for new clients, establishing payments department, and managing, training and setting up processes and procedures for both the KYC and Payments departments in Operations. Stella Kitanos has also worked as the Operations Manager at Banif from June 2008 to October 2013, and as the Business Performance Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland from September 2002 to May 2008.
