Anu Mandava

Anu Mandava has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. As the SVP Architecture at AvidXchange, Inc., Anu transformed the architecture function by developing a vision and engagement model, leading to a shift towards cloud-native solutions and incident reduction. Prior to this role, Anu served as the Chief Technology Officer at ZignaAI.

At CUNA Mutual Group, Anu held various positions including Head of Architecture, where they established architecture principles and promoted agile architecture. They also served as the Head of App Dev, Retirement, influencing digital transformation and implementing Agile at Scale. In their role as Sr. Manager, App Dev, Anu initiated customer experience-focused digital investments and drove the adoption of layered architecture.

Before joining CUNA Mutual Group, Anu worked at Prudential Financial where they served as a Program Manager, utilizing process optimization and automation to implement regulatory changes. They also held the role of Director, Client-Facing Applications (Retirement), managing a team and delivering strategic initiatives. Additionally, Anu worked at CIGNA as a Developer and Programmer, leading initiatives to build new platforms and improve system response times.

Throughout their career, Anu has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams in achieving business objectives.

Anu Mandava completed their education with a Master's degree in Computer Science from Villanova University from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they hold certifications such as the Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, which they obtained from Microsoft in June 2020, and the Certified Scrum Agileist, which they received from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2016.
