Christopher MacHardy

Christopher MacHardy is an experienced professional in learning and development with a strong background in psychology. Currently serving as the Group Head of Learning & Development - Capability & Development at ZIGUP since August 2015, Christopher focuses on enhancing colleagues' potential through the application of psychological theories. Previous roles include Group Talent Lead at Redde Northgate Plc, Organization Learning Design & Development Partner, and Sales Academy Manager. Christopher has also held positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, EDF Energy - Mediator Sales Consultancy, Iberdrola- Scottish Power, and Scottish and Southern Energy, gaining extensive experience in sales training and management. Christopher's educational background includes an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Worcester and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Oxford Brookes University.
