Gavin Gowan has extensive experience in product management and customer relations, currently serving as the Head of Product at ZIGUP since April 2006. In this role, Gavin leads and develops a high-performing team while overseeing product strategy, market analysis, and the delivery of new products compliant with standards and budgets. Prior to this, Gavin held positions as Key Account Manager/Product Manager at ZIGUP, where strong relationship building and effective communication were essential in promoting products and services. Earlier career experience includes serving as Customer Services Manager for Nike UK and Customer Relations Manager at T-Mobile (UK), both within competitive industries. Gavin holds GCSEs, including qualifications in English, French, and German, along with Sociology.
