Gemma Maskey

Gemma Maskey is an experienced professional in property management, currently serving as the Head of UK Property at ZIGUP since March 2022. Prior to this role, Gemma held positions including Head of Property and Head of Property and Facilities at Mencap from January 2018 to March 2022, and Portfolio Manager at Wolseley for a brief period in late 2017. Gemma also worked at Leonard Cheshire Disability, initially as a Senior Surveyor from March 2009 to April 2016, and later as Head of Estates from April 2017 to October 2017. Earlier in Gemma's career, a role as General Practice Surveyor was held at Lambert Smith Hampton from July 2006 to March 2009. Gemma earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Real Estate from Northumbria University between 2004 and 2008.
