Bill Mulligan

Bill Mulligan serves as the CEO and Board Member of Salus GRC, an innovative tech-enabled governance, risk, and compliance consulting firm, since April 2023. Additionally, Bill is the Founder of Mulligan Ventures, Inc. and a Member of the Board of Directors at Zigy. Previously, Bill held the position of Partner and Member of the Executive Committee at ACA Compliance Group, where responsibility included GRC technology efforts. Bill was Group President and Board Director at Cordium from January 2001 to August 2018, overseeing significant operations following the merger that led to the creation of Cordium. Bill's career began at Seward & Kissel LLP as an Associate, and educational qualifications include a JD from Cornell Law School and a BA from Boston University.
