David Morgan

David Morgan is the Head of Carrier Management at ZigZag Global since January 2021, where the focus is on enhancing eCommerce retailers' returns management through a robust platform connecting over 200 warehouses and 100 carrier services in 130 countries. Previously, from December 2017 to October 2020, David held dual roles at CitySprint as Head of Proposition & Commercial, developing UK Overnight and International Express products, and Head of Product Development, leading integration projects post-acquisition. David's experience extends back to roles such as Product Manager at Last Mile Link Technologies, General Manager at CitySprint and Countdown International Worldwide, and International & Overnight Services Manager at MPC Logistics. Early career foundations were laid in operations at SDA and as an AB - Tactical Systems operator in the Royal Navy.
