Laura Davies

Laura Davies is currently the Director of Client Services at ZigZag Global since October 2020. Laura also served as the Head of Client Success at a start-up company and held the position of Head of Fulfilment and Customer Operations at URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly) from August 2012 to October 2020. Prior to that, Laura worked as a Customer Service Manager and Ecommerce Merchandiser at Arcadia Group Ltd. Laura has a Ba (hons) degree in International Business and French from the University of Northampton earned between 2000 - 2004.
