Anton Taranenko

Anton Taranenko is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Talent Specialist at Ziina زينة since November 2025, Anton previously held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Zaelab from April 2022 to November 2025, where responsibilities included scaling hiring efforts across global regions while meeting senior role hiring targets. Prior to this, Anton worked at Airba Group as an HR Project Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead, managing full-cycle hiring in a startup environment. Experience also includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at DAR, where Anton efficiently handled recruitment for multiple companies, and as a Talent Sourcer at WE Partners Kazakhstan, focusing on executive-level placements. Anton holds an educational background from the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) from 2014 to 2016.
