Prior to this, Andreas was the Senior Vice President Revenue at Zilch, where they launched the company's first Merchant focused business unit and expanded value to retailers through increased sales and product innovation.

Andreas has also worked as an Advisor/Investor at Ometria and Just Move In, providing guidance and support to these companies. Andreas was the Commercial Vice President at LifeWorks, where they created a new revenue stream and led growth into new sectors through commercial partnerships. Andreas also served as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at LifeWorks, contributing to the successful acquisition of the company by Morneau Shepell.
