Andrzej Lorenz

Andrzej Lorenz has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering and management field. Andrzej is currently employed as the Head of Engineering and Site Leader at Zilch. In this role, they oversee the engineering department and serves as the leader for the site. Prior to this, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Zilch.

Before joining Zilch, Andrzej Lorenz operated their own consulting firm, Andrzej Lorenz Consulting. As a Software Engineering and Management Consultant, they provided expert guidance and advice to various clients.

Andrzej also served as a Software Development Manager at VSoft from 2019 to 2021. In this capacity, they managed a team of developers and oversaw the development process for various projects.

Earlier in their career, Andrzej Lorenz held positions at Relativity, Sabre Corporation, Interia.pl S.A., ComArch, Expro.pl, Cisn.pl, and hammerdeals.pl. These roles range from Manager of Software Engineering to Programmer, showcasing their diverse experience in the software development field.

Andrzej Lorenz earned their Master of Science degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Krakow, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Certified SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2015, Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in 2015, and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2011.
