Sean Hederman

Sean Hederman is currently the CIO at Zilch. Prior to this, they were the Head of DevOps at Direct Line Group from October 2016 to September 2018. Sean's focus at DLG was primarily on Cloud rather than DevOps, and they helped various projects and programmes with their DevOps direction and strategy. Sean and their team were instrumental in building and evolving the Cloud Foundation platform that projects could use to unlock and enable cloud agility and innovation.

Sean has also held the position of Development Manager at STANLIB from September 2013 to October 2016, and Non Executive Director at Palantir.

Sean Hederman completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree at Rhodes University, majoring in computer science, psychology, and economics.

Their manager is Philip Belamant, CEO. They work with Hugh Courtney - CFO & Head of Risk, Werner Kruger - Chief Data Officer, and Conor Giles - Head of Social.
