Steve Rayko

Steve Rayko currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Zilch, having joined the company in July 2025. Prior to this role, Rayko was the Head of Engineering for Grocery, Shopping, and Catalogue at Deliveroo from January 2020 to June 2025, where responsibility included defining and delivering the vision and strategy for multiple verticals within a large engineering organization. Rayko's experience also includes various technical program management roles at Google, where notable achievements included overseeing customer onboarding programs and managing resource capacity for Google Cloud Platform. Earlier in a career spanning over 16 years at Intel Corporation, Rayko held positions that involved R&D leadership and project management across multiple disciplines and geographies. Rayko holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, alongside a Master’s degree in Applied Math from Tashkent State University.
