Carl Townsend

Carl Townsend has extensive finance and leadership experience. Carl is currently the Director of Finance at Zilliant since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Finance at Easy Pay Direct from July 2021 to April 2022. From May 2020 to March 2021, they served as the Vice President of Finance at InfiniteIO, and from April 2019 to May 2020, they were the Director of Finance at the same company. Before that, Carl worked at Dell for a significant period, holding positions such as Controller for Enterprise Global Solutions & Alliances from September 2012 to April 2019 and as Controller for the Networking Product Group from September 2010 to September 2012. Additionally, they have experience as a Board Member & Treasurer at Drive a Senior from January 2006 to December 2010 and as President & CEO at WiMax.com Broadband Solutions, Inc. from May 2005 to September 2010. Carl began their career at Dell as a Senior Financial Analyst from 1998 to 2005.

Carl Townsend has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Carl also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) from the State of Texas.
