Cate Collings

Cate Collings has extensive experience in the medical field. Cate began their career in 1993 as a Partner MD Cardiologist at Advanced Cardiovascular Specialists. In 1994, they moved to El Camino Health where they served as Medical Director of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation for the Heart and Vascular Institute of El Camino Hospital. In 2018, they became President of the Board of Directors for the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. In 2019, they joined Silicon Valley Medical Development as Director of Lifestyle Medicine. In 2022, they were appointed Chief Medical Officer of HealthFleet.

Cate Collings holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Stanford University School of Medicine, obtained in 1993. This was preceded by an M.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1987. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Physiology of Exercise from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1980. Her educational background began with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physiology of Exercise from the University of California, Davis. In addition, Collings has obtained certifications in Lifestyle Medicine, Wellness Coaching, and Professional Culinary from the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, Wellcoaches Corporation, and Rouxbe Culinary School, respectively.
