Iris Chen

Iris Chen has worked in the recruiting and talent acquisition field since 2015. Iris began their career as a Sourcing Assistant (Intern) at Kelly Services. Iris then moved up to become a Sourcing Specialist, Senior Sourcing Specialist, and Associate Consultant at the same company. In 2018, they joined Korn Ferry as a Talent Specialist. In 2019, they moved to Google as an Onsite Recruiter. Currently, Iris is working at Zilliz as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Recruiter.

Iris Chen attended Shanghai Maritime University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree.
