Amanda Padgett is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Senior Director of Enablement, Content, & QA at Zillow Group. Amanda's mission is to empower organizations through modernized strategies and operational excellence, focusing on AI-driven digital solutions. They have a diverse background, including roles at Starbucks as a District Manager and Implementation Manager, and leadership in domestic operations at Two Canoes, where Amanda played a key role in fulfilling essential supplies for Operation Warp Speed. Amanda holds a B.A. in International Studies from American University, a Project Management certificate from Georgetown University, and is pursuing a degree in Strategic Management from The Wharton School.
