Jami Thomas

As Vice President of Rentals Sales at Zillow Group, Jami leads the sales organization that focuses on transforming the way the company’s partners and rental customers connect, experience, and lease their homes. Her team is responsible for providing the highest quality partner experiences, executing performance and revenue tactics, and continuing to contribute to Zillow Group’s growth and operational excellence.

Jami joined Zillow in 2011 and has held several leadership roles during her tenure, including leading teams within Zillow’s Premier Agent business. Prior to Zillow, Jami spent several years leading teams in various industries, including hospitality, hotel management, and recreation industries. In each position, her focus was on leading large teams toward a unified goal and achieving high levels of success.

Jami earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and History from Western Washington University, as well as a Certificate of Sales Leadership and Behavior Science from The Wharton School.
