Ken Ramey, ECRE, has an extensive background in talent acquisition, having held senior recruiting roles at various organizations including VSP Global and Zillow. They began their career at Aerotek Engineering and Environmental, where they managed recruiting needs for major accounts, before progressing to positions focused on executive recruitment and sourcing. Ken has also contributed to diversity and inclusion strategies in recruitment and has experience in claims adjusting with Nationwide Insurance. Currently, they serve as a Principal Recruiter at Zillow, leveraging their expertise to connect with and hire engineering leaders.
