Lea Barrera

Lea Barrera, LSSGB, has extensive experience in program development and business operations, currently serving as a Senior Program Development Manager at Zillow since February 2015. Previously, Barrera held multiple roles at Zillow, including Senior Business Operations Manager and Business Relations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed implementing compliance solutions, managing cross-functional relationships, and significantly improving compliance audit results. Additional experience includes leading a cultural committee, managing technical support teams, and directing communications for the Latinos Unidos Affinity Network. Barrera’s earlier positions include supervisory roles at Trulia and Market Leader, along with a front desk representative role at Live Nation Entertainment. Barrera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Northern Arizona University.
