Matt Lee

Matt Lee, CFA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Finance at Zillow, a position held since June 2024. Prior experience includes leading the Strategic Finance team for Mobility Growth Bets at Uber from September 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a global portfolio and collaborating with various departments to drive financial planning and strategic initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role in Corporate Development at Uber, where Matt identified M&A opportunities and managed transaction processes. Prior to Uber, Matt was an Associate Director in TMT Investment Banking at UBS, focusing on M&A advisory and capital-raising transactions within the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Matt holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago. Earlier positions also include roles as a quantitative trader and stock options trader.
