Ryan Thompson

Ryan Thompson is currently the Director of Business Operations at Zillow, leading a three-person team focused on executing strategic initiatives since the acquisition of Spruce in September 2023. Previously, Ryan served as the Director of Squash Development at SquashBusters Inc, where significant increases in student participation were achieved through effective programming and strategic planning. Ryan has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and held positions at Spruce, enhancing business operations and strategy. Before their consulting career, Ryan was a professional squash player, competing globally and participating in the World Championships. Ryan earned an MBA from Babson College, where they were a second-year student from 2016 to 2018.
