Val Aipa

Val Aipa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the surfing industry and data management. As Executive Vice President and Owner of Aipa Surf Company since February 2013, Val oversees a diverse portfolio that includes Aipa Surf Co International and multiple surfboard brands, managing trademarks and collaborations with notable companies. In parallel, Val has served as Senior Manager of Industry Data Support at Zillow Group since April 2013, managing data support teams and APIs across various platforms. Additional involvement includes various roles in advisory and board positions within surf organizations, along with previous experience in customer service, employee benefits, and advertising. Val's educational background includes attendance at Thomas Stone and the College of Southern Maryland.
