Raymond Cheng

Raymond Cheng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and transfer agency operations. Currently serving as AVP, Product Manager at Zilo Technology since September 2021, Raymond previously held managerial roles at HSBC from August 2013 to July 2021, including Manager of Transfer Agency Operations Readiness and Officer in Service Delivery. In these positions, Raymond managed complex projects involving unit trust funds, mutual funds, and multiple migration projects to enhance operational processes. Raymond holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (2011-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCL (2008-2011), complemented by a background in education from Harrow School in London.
