LOT SOURCING - The first step in Building a new Home is finding the right property to build on. We network heavily in the area to receive off-market leads and get them under contract for our clients.

BUILDING -  All Zimmermann Homes built are high quality, low service, and very energy efficient. All new homes incorporate useful home automation features, push green building practices and work toward energy independence.

BUYING & SELLING REAL ESTATE -  Rob's wife Meghan has her Real Estate License which has made Zimmermann Homes vertically integrated. Meghan has facilitated the purchase of both the property and the new home for many clients
