ZIMNA-UK is a recognised professional association representing Zimbabwean nurses, midwives & healthcare professionals in the UK. Originally established to support Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs), who were trained and practised in Zimbabwe, our mission has grown to empower, connect, & advocate for all Zimbabwean healthcare staff contributing to UK health & care systems.

We proudly feature on the NHS England website as a trusted professional network & collaborate with partners such as the Florence Nightingale Foundation & other nursing associations. Our work is rooted in unity, visibility, excellence & the Ubuntu spirit -helping members thrive at every stage of their journey.

Whether you are newly arrived or already embedded in the NHS or social care, ZIMNA-UK is here to walk with you. We offer:
