Scott Steer

Scott Steer, CMA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within the medical device and healthcare sectors. Currently, Scott serves as the Director of Finance - Operations at Highridge Medical, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Scott was the Senior Director of FP&A for Surgical Innovations at Medtronic, where responsibilities included coordinating the annual and strategic financial planning processes. Scott's prior experience at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) included multiple finance director roles, overseeing the financial planning for significant divisions, and leading key financial initiatives such as divestitures and acquisitions. Earlier career roles included positions at Elo Touch Solutions, where Scott managed cost accounting and financial operations. Scott holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from UC Irvine.
