Kumar Mayank

Kumar Mayank is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the financial and employee experience sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of Zimyo, an employee experience platform launched in January 2018, Kumar focuses on enhancing organizational culture to attract and retain talent. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President at Equitas Small Finance Bank, where Kumar was instrumental in launching the 'FASTag' payment solution, and Senior Manager at AuthBridge Research Services, where strategic growth initiatives in the BFSI segment were developed. Additionally, experience encompasses product management at Janalakshmi Financial Services and ING Vysya Bank, both of which involved innovative product development and significant portfolio management. Kumar holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University.
