Sophie Mann

Sophie Mann is an experienced professional in human resources and employee experience, currently serving as a People Partner at Zinc since April 2025. Prior to this role, Sophie worked as a People Manager at Universal Design Studio and as a People and Culture Manager at The Collective UK from September 2023 to January 2025. Sophie's background includes positions at Blis as a Global Employee Experience Partner and Employee Experience Specialist, as well as roles at eve sleep as a People Executive and Marketing and Strategy Executive.
