Mark James

Mark James is an experienced Operations Manager in the electricity sector, currently leading the Transmission and Distribution operations at Zinfra since December 2018, overseeing a workforce of over 140 staff. Mark has substantial expertise in managing large teams and complex industrial negotiations, as well as ensuring the delivery of operations and maintenance programs while playing a key role in emergency management during incidents. Previous roles include Electricity Operations Manager and Field Response Manager, with extensive management experience at Jemena and AusNet Services, where Mark oversaw multifaceted operations, managed emergency responses, and significantly contributed to SAP implementation projects.
