Philip Young

Philip Young has more than 25 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. They are the Chief Executive Officer of Zing Dev. Previously, they served as Operations Director at CSI Ltd (2018–2022), overseeing 120+ staff across Service Desk/NOC, Wintel, Networks, Unix, Monitoring, Security and Data Protection across the UK, Romania and the USA, and led initiatives that increased customer satisfaction from CSAT 70% to 87% over 18 months. Earlier in their career, they held Capita leadership roles including Head of Service Operations - Capita One (2014–2017) and Head of One Technical Services (2012–2014), managed multiple teams, drove service improvements and developed hosted solutions, and also served as Senior Support Engineer at Luton Borough Council (1999–2007).
