Product and Engineering

The Product and Engineering team at Zingtree is responsible for developing, refining, and optimizing the company's no-code interactive decision tree software. This includes ideation and design led by the Chief Product Officer and Director of User Experience, marketing strategies from the Senior Product Marketing Manager, and robust technical execution overseen by the Co-founder and CTO, CTO, VP of Engineering, and Architect. Together, they ensure the platform is user-friendly, versatile, and meets the needs of various applications such as agent scripting and customer guides.
