Doug'smost recent position was as the VP of EMEA Sales at Zinier, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the EMEA Sales Director at Zinier from January 2021 to January 2022. At Zinier, they contributed to the development of their low-code field service automation platform, leveraging AI to improve work coordination and execution.

Before joining Zinier, Doug served as the VP Sales at ContactEngine from August 2015 to January 2021. ContactEngine is a customer-conversation management platform that uses natural-language processing and machine learning to enhance customer journeys.

From 2008 to 2015, Doug worked at Oracle as an EMEA Sales Director, where they played a key role in the company's success in the field service management applications market. Prior to Oracle, they were the VP Sales at Olista from 2005 to 2007, leading the sales operation and establishing the sales strategy for their customer experience analytics solutions.
