Rafael Carrillo currently serves as the Director of the Global Solution Center at Zinier, where the focus is on low-code/no-code software that empowers service organizations to create customized workflows. Prior to this role, Rafael held the position of Solution Engineering Director at OverIT - Field Solutions from July 2020 to January 2024. Rafael's experience also includes working as a Principal Sales Consultant at Oracle for a brief period in early 2020 and as a Solution Consultant for ClickSoftware in Latin America from April 2017 to October 2019, where the emphasis was on providing Field Service Management solutions. Earlier roles included responsibilities as a CX Solution Consultant for Oracle Latin America, where Rafael focused on customer experience solutions, and as an Applications Sales Consultant at Oracle Colombia. Rafael began a professional journey as a Teaching Assistant in Decision Support Systems at Universidad de los Andes and served as a Coordinator for Un Techo para mi País. Rafael holds dual Engineer's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Systems Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, completed in 2014 and 2013, respectively.
