Duane Mitchell

Duane Mitchell, MBA, DBA, serves as the Senior Manager of Pricing and Trading at Zinnia since July 2021, where responsibilities include setting up annuity and life insurance clients on the UV Cloud platform and managing mutual fund trading. Previously, Duane held the position of Director of the Business Program and Assistant Professor of Business Management at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford from August 2015 to August 2020, teaching a variety of courses including Principles of Management and Strategic Management. Duane's earlier experience includes serving as Operations Innovation Group Manager at BNY Mellon, where recognition was received through the Navigator Award in 2003, and roles as an Adjunct Professor of Business Management at Pennsylvania Institute of Technology. An Investment Accountant position was held at Virtus Investment Partners prior to that. Duane's educational background includes a Doctor of Business Administration focusing on Transformational Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Wilmington University, an MBA in Finance Management from Goldey-Beacom College, and a BS in Accounting from Eastern Connecticut State University.
