Ranuj Mathur

Ranuj Mathur has over 13 years of work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Ranuj currently serves as the Recruitment Lead at Zinnov, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to joining Zinnov, Ranuj worked at Capco as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from May 2016 to May 2022. Ranuj also gained experience as a Senior Consultant at Randstad from December 2015 to May 2016 and as a Consultant at Randstad from June 2012 to October 2013. Before that, Ranuj worked as a Resource Executive at Anlage HRO Services from July 2011 to January 2012 and as an HR Executive at SST from July 2010 to January 2011. Ranuj began their career as a part-time Lecturer at the International College for Girls from July 2009 to December 2009. Throughout their career, Ranuj has developed a strong skill set in recruitment and has proven to be a valuable asset in identifying and acquiring top talent for organizations.

Ranuj Mathur completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Management at the International College for Girls from 2004 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Human Resource Management degree at the same institution from 2007 to 2009.
