Vikas Garg

Vikas Garg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2011, they worked as a Team Manager at Mechsonic Racing, where they coordinated with different departments, provided daily work updates, and managed material purchasing and logistics. From 2013 to 2015, they served as an Executive at Suzuki Motorcycle India Ltd., where they worked as a Technical Trainer for new recruits and technicians across India. In 2016, Vikas interned at Overseas India Facilitation Centre, assisting with facilitating investments in India by PIO/OCI individuals. In 2017, they had a marketing internship at Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership. From 2018 to 2020, Vikas worked at Marsh McLennan, first as an Operations Manager, overseeing team management, process efficiencies, stakeholder relationships, and project execution, and later as a Manager Intelligent Automation. Most recently, they joined ANM in 2022 as a Business Project Manager and Business Analyst. In 2023, Vikas will transition to Zinnov as a Project Lead.

Vikas Garg holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), which they completed from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Vikas also earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG India in October 2018.
